How the Productivity calculator works

Formula. Tasks per hour = tasks completed / work hours. Use the same definition of a completed task each time if you want to compare two periods.

Example. 16 tasks in 8 hours is 16 / 8 = 2.00 tasks per hour. At that unchanged rate, a 6-hour period would correspond to 12 tasks.

Limitation. The rate treats every task as equal and does not account for complexity, breaks, quality, rework, collaboration, or partial hours of idle time. It describes throughput, not the value or quality of the work.
